Corvenix AI LLC ("Corvenix AI," "we," "us") builds AI-driven communication systems, including automated missed-call text-back messaging, on behalf of home-services business clients. This policy explains what information we collect through that SMS program and how we use it.
When a call to one of our clients' business phone numbers goes unanswered, we collect the caller's phone number in order to send a single automated text-back message. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal information through this SMS program unless the recipient voluntarily provides it by replying.
Phone numbers collected through this program are used solely to send the missed-call text-back message and, if the recipient replies, to route that reply to the relevant client business. Mobile phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose, and are not sold under any circumstances.
Recipients receive at most one automated text message per missed call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or HELP for assistance.
Phone numbers and message logs are retained only as long as needed to operate the client's text-back service and for basic operational reporting, and are deleted or anonymized once no longer needed for that purpose.
